Team Operating Systems

Pre-MVP

PRISM

Multi-tenant SaaS that turns Human Design data into concrete team operating recommendations — role-fit, decision cadence, communication protocols. Ten minutes vs. a $5,000 consultation. Pre-MVP.

What it is

PRISM generates a Human Design chart for every member of a team, synthesizes those charts into a team composite — a spectrum — and produces concrete operating recommendations: role-fit analysis, decision-making cadence, communication protocols, conflict-reduction patterns.

Inputs per person are simple: name, date of birth, place of birth, time of birth. Outputs are exportable PDFs and CSVs, plus integrations with the operating systems teams already use.

It's the venture furthest from my herbal lane. Different audience, different category, same operator — which is exactly the point.

Why I built it

Practitioner-led Human Design business consultations cost between $2,000 and $15,000, take six weeks, and become stale the moment a team member changes. PRISM delivers an equivalent artifact in under ten minutes, keeps it live as the team evolves, and integrates with the tools teams already use.

There's a real category here, dominated by $5,000 consultants whose product goes stale on day 31. The opening is obvious to anyone who has watched a team change shape twice in a year.

How it works

A multi-tenant SaaS with a chart engine, a team-composite synthesis layer, and integrations with the tools operators run their teams from.

  • Per-person chart engine

Birth-data in, individual chart out. Built on a deterministic ephemeris — not a vibes-based interpretation layer.

  • Team composite (the spectrum)

Nine-band visualization synthesized from the team's individual charts. The signature artifact.

  • Operator-language outputs

Decision cadence, communication protocol, role-fit. Plain language for the founder, not metaphysical jargon.

  • Integrations-first

Slack and Asana exports planned at launch. Teams already operate from those tools — PRISM meets them there.
