What it is

Hireforge is the SaaS version of the personal AI operations platform that runs all four of my operating brands — Fruiting Bodies, Optimal Alchemy, HerbOS, and Reliable Digital — from a single screen on my phone.

Most teams trying to add AI to their operations are stitching together n8n workflows, Telegram bots, and prompt scripts in a fragile way. Hireforge sells the assembled, opinionated stack — agent system, brand-aware separation, review-and-approve dashboard — as a product they can subscribe to instead of build from scratch.

It's the productization of three years of dogfood. Not a green-field SaaS gamble — a proving-ground extraction.

Why I built it

I built the personal version first because no SaaS on the market did what a single operator running four brands actually needs. Brand separation has to be enforced structurally. Voice has to drive everything because typing on a phone for eight hours is not real life. The founder's role has to be reviewer, not author, or the system collapses.

Once it ran for a year and I stopped touching it, the friends and audience I described it to started asking the obvious question: does any of this scale beyond you? Hireforge is the answer.

How it works

The architectural arc — single-tenant proving ground (the platform I run my businesses on), then multi-tenant productization (Hireforge). Same agent system, brand-aware multi-tenancy added.

Telegram-driven approval pipeline
Voice notes and slash commands from the operator's phone. Agents draft. Operator reviews and approves. Nothing ships without human OK.
Brand-aware multi-tenancy
Brand-separation discipline that prevents cross-contamination is a feature, not a hope. Useful for any agency-style customer running multiple clients.
Six-agent system
Creator, Researcher, Scout, Closer, Strategist, Auditor. Each runs as its own branch with per-brand master docs injected at call time.
Memory + lessons that compound
Every approval, rejection, and edit flows back into agent memory. Output quality compounds with use, not the other way around.
