What it is
Optimal Alchemy is the herbal medicine arm of my work. High-vibrational plant medicines that I source, formulate, and ship — sold direct-to-consumer through Shopify with a small wholesale footprint.
It's the sister brand to Fruiting Bodies. Where Fruiting Bodies is mushrooms only, Optimal Alchemy is the broader catalog: herbs, Himalayan minerals, flowers, and the few functional botanicals that don't fit the mushroom lane (Amanita muscaria, Tremella).
Optimal Alchemy LLC is also the parent legal entity for HerbOS (d/b/a HerbOS) and Reliable Digital (DBA). Same operator, three separate-facing brands.
Why I built it
I started making my own tinctures and balms at eighteen because nothing the medical system handed me was working. After years of cycling through pharmaceuticals for ADHD, mono, and Lyme, I came home from college, stopped everything cold turkey, and started foraging.
What started as personal-supply economics — herbs are expensive when you have no money — turned into a craft I couldn't put down. Friends asked for more. Family asked for more. By the time I had a degree in Sustainable Agriculture and a decade of mycology under my belt, the brand was inevitable.
Optimal Alchemy is where my longest study lives. Shilajit and herbal medicine specifically — eight to ten years of importing, formulating, and refining. The clinical herbalist certification I'm pursuing now will pair naturally with this catalog.

Blue Lotus and select flowering botanicals. Quality + intentionality first; no clinical claims.

Amanita Muscaria caps and Tremella. The few non-mushroom-lane functional compounds that fit the herbal catalog rather than Fruiting Bodies.
