WELLTH

Total Human Optimization for elite entrepreneurs and business owners.

A biotech built for elite entrepreneurs and business owners — operators doing six, seven, eight, and nine-plus figures who know their biology is the bottleneck. Continuous wearable biotracking, clinical biomarker data, and a human team of coaches and clinicians designing and supervising protocols at scale. Co-founded with my brother OM (Omar Nassri) — I'm Co-Founder, COO, and CTO.

What it is

WELLTH is a health and life optimization biotech built for elite entrepreneurs and business owners running six, seven, eight, and nine-figure companies — the operator who has external success but knows their biology is the bottleneck.

Wearable streams, lab biomarkers, daily subjective check-ins, and an archetype layer all flow into a single coaching system tuned to each client's full dataset. A human team of coaches and functional-medicine clinicians designs and supervises every protocol. The integration is the product — not unscalable concierge coaching, not a tracking app pretending to know what to do with the data.

OM is the Founder and Creator. He runs brand, clients, and clinical voice — his personal home on the internet is thespiritofom.com. I run operations and technology — strategy, architecture, and the dev team.

Why I built it

OM has spent seven years inside this work — 300+ leaders coached, 1,000+ discovery calls, $10M+ in coaching services closed. The category gap he kept hitting was structural. Pure software has no clinical depth. Pure concierge coaching doesn't scale. The clients who need this most — founders and operators running six to nine-figure companies — fall through the gap between both.

When OM brought me in, the offer was clean. He had the clinical thesis, the client base, and the brand. I brought the operator stack, the multi-tenant architecture experience, and the discipline of running multiple brand-separated businesses from a single review-and-approve system. WELLTH is what happens when those two sides go in together — bespoke clinical-grade protocols delivered at scale, with the human clinical team still in the loop.

It also sits where I've always been pulled — the intersection of botanicals, clinical safety, and software. Same instinct as HerbOS. Different audience. Much bigger ambition.

How it works

A layered system. Wearables stream biometrics continuously. Biomarker panels go deep at intake and checkpoints. Daily subjective check-ins capture what the data alone misses. A coaching engine reasons across all of it. The human team designs and supervises every protocol.

  • The data layers

Wearable streams (Oura, Whoop), clinical biomarker panels, daily subjective check-ins, training and nutrition logs, coaching conversations, and a foundational archetype profile that shapes how every insight is delivered.

  • The coaching engine

Tuned to each client's full dataset alongside modern science and ancient frameworks. Surfaces real-time feedback, suggests protocol adjustments, adapts language to the client's archetype, and briefs the human coach before every call.

  • The human team

Coaches own strategy, identity, accountability. Functional-medicine clinicians own protocol design, biomarker interpretation, clinical safety. The engine absorbs the monitoring so the team can hold many more clients than a traditional practice without losing depth.
